Herbsnese website (the “Site”) is part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with information that will empower you to take control of your health. We’re very excited to bring you health conditions and diagnostic tools as well as a vibrant learning centre full of interactive, engaging and relevant content. It’s important to note that the Site is an information resource and should not be a substitute for medical or veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.which is involved in the transport and short‐term storage of oxygen in muscle cells.

You agree that the law of the State of Victoria, Australia governs these Terms & Conditions and any claim or dispute that you may have against us. You further agree that any disputes or claims that you may have against us will be resolved by a court located in the State of Victoria.
21. Trademarks
All trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners, including, without limitation, Herbsense. No right, license or interest to such trademarks is granted by this Agreement.
